We stand behind every order. You have 30 days from delivery to reach out about a problem.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or full refund - no need to ship anything back.

 

Changed your mind: Contact us within 30 days. Because our items ship directly from our suppliers, we handle these case-by-case and will work with you on a refund or store credit.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Delivery: Most items arrive within 6-8 business days after processing. You will receive tracking once your order ships.

 

Non-returnable: Final-sale items and gift cards.
