Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original packaging.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
Email hello@roomiegoods.com with your order number, and a photo if the item is damaged. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
